Jazmine Sullivan is an American performer, songwriter and actress who has received critical acclaim since her initial releases and has been nominated for awards in various categories, including Best New Artist Best Female R&B Vocal Performance, Best Traditional R&B Performance Best R&B song and The Best Contemporary R&B Album at the 51st Grammy Awards. Jazmine was a student at the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in the year 2000 as the vocal music instructor graduating in 2005.
